Warranty Information

Hanscom K Inc. One Year Limited Warranty
 
This warranty is limited to the conditions set below
 
Hanscom K Inc. warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the date of purchase. During this time period, Hanscom will repair or replace a defective product without charge to our customers.   
 
The customer is required to send the defective product or part to Hanscom corporate office or sales office. The customer must pay for shipping & handling back to our office, and Hanscom is only responsible for the original product cost. 
 
The customer should carefully read and understand all of the installation and operating steps before using any product. 
 
Installation:
 
These products must be installed by a professional installer specializing in car stereo, security alarms, mobile entertainment systems or GPS Navigation systems. Hanscom K Inc. cannot take responsibility for damage caused by faulty installation. The warranty will be void if products are not properly installed.
 
Warranty Conditions:
 
1.      Customer must notify Hanscom K Inc. about defective product within 10 days of discovering the problem. Complete information with a description of the defect and also the manner in which it was discovered must be given.
2.      Warranty does not extend to any product or part that has been: lost or discarded by the customer, damaged due to misuse, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, altered products. The products are also not covered by burglary or theft.
